  • Returns

    We accept returns within 15 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your gym wet wipes must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include the original order number and provide a reason for the return

  • Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. We will either approve or reject your refund.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Exchanges

    We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by sending an email to merchandise@afmanagement.ca, and we will provide return instructions.

  • Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and they are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
